Mahak Azma Co. Iran, TehranMahak Azma Co. producer of Mechanical Rubber Goods. And Diaphragms used in Automotive industry such as Oil Pump and other industry.Also we produce Calendered rubber (sheet) from 0.35 mm upto 5 mm thickness and 1 upto 5 layer of fabric inserted it. And other cloth inserted and reinforced rubber goods.We have a application Research center (R&D) and investigate on formulation of more than 8 Rubber bases comprising: EPDM, NBR, NBR/PVC, VITON, NR (Natural Rubber), SBR, NR/SBR and PU.We prepared more than 5000 samples and measured 11 Elastomeric properties such as Stree, Strain, Creep, Fatigue, Resilience, Hardness and Swelling (in oil) and tested in Chemical, Thermal and Electrical environments.Then we prepared a Software Package by MATLAB, and we Study behavior of Chemicals and obtain formulation for Custom Specification.
