Mak Ward Link  representative of local miners of 4African  Countries(CONGO,MALI,GHANA,SERREA-LEONE).  Our Company has office in Bunia,Eastern Congo and in Arua,Uganda and Representative offices in Mali,Ghana,Sierra-Leone.
We have in our Depot 320 kilo-grames of gold (dust)96% Fineness for sales to interested buyers And by this letter asking for an offer from a prospective interested buyer for above specified quantities for immediate
sales.
We are also prepared to give a discount and our price is $28,000 (US
Dollars)per kilo-grame. The interested buyer will be prepared to come to our office to inspect the stored 320kilogrames of Gold (dust) and arrange for evacution or airlifting to a desired designation .
Note.
Being representative of  local miners we shall arrange the necessary  document  as follows;  
1)Mandate/SKR ownership documents
2)UN sanitized FCO  
3)Other relevant documents as may be required.  
In turn,the buyer shall provide us proof of availability of funds (POF)
and delivery shall be as agreed between the buyers and ourselves(sellers)please understand our position.GOVERNMENT EXPORT TAX, INSURANCE, etc  Prior to your arrival here in Africa, you would inspect the product and also you would be allowed to pick some samples for testing at your laboratory/gold refinery. The product would later be weighed and deposited back to the bonded wharehouse or to the bank for safe keeping in the presence of the buyer and the seller or any appointed agent of the buyer or seller, until the completion of the required documents for shipping the product.
