玛纳斯祥云化纤有限公司成立于2007年，是一家经济实力雄厚，管理人才、技术人才云集的独资民营企业，并设有玛纳斯县豫新科技有限公司子公司一家。公司现有造纸棉浆粕、化纤浆粕生产设备2套，每套生产能力5万吨/年，还有年产8万吨高粘絮状精制棉生产线7条，产能共18万吨。其中高粘絮状精制棉生产能力和质量居国内前两名水平。
总注册资本1亿人民币，总投资5.2亿人民币，占地850亩，面积达400200平方米。公司现有职工500多人，其中高级工程师8人，高级会计师1人，具有其他各类中级职称22人。公司经营范围为棉短绒、精制棉、棉浆粕、短纤加工与销售，货物与技术进出口等业务.
