Our Services for operational plants:
( A) Thermal Audit:
To study Generation, distribution, Utilisation and Recovery / Return of thermal utilities like Steam, Thermic Fluid, Hot water, etc.
We are equipped with Portable flue Gas Analyser to check Boiler efficiency, Portable Ultrasonic leak detector to check performance of steam traps and other instruments for meaningful Audit activities at plants.

( B) Utility Consultancy Services: (Steam, Thermic fluid, Compressed air, Vacuum, Water, etc. )
B. 1 Boiler & Turbine Projects: -Selection of boiler, selection of Turbine, selction of fuel handling plant, Water treatment plant, etc.
We provide design of Pressurised De-aerator for High Pressure Boiler, Blow down tank, Boiler feed water tank, ducting, chimney, etc.
B. 2. Utility Piping Design: -We design utility distribution system, prepare Piping & Instrumentation Drawing, Isometric Drawings, BOM & BOQ and procirement supports.
We provide support for supervision of erection and commissioning for Utility projects.
B. 3 Process Control Automation
We provide consultancy for selection of field Instruments, panel mounted instruments for process plant and Boiler automation
( C) Engineering Solutions:
We provide plant trouble shooting, boiler capacity for expansions, feasibility for co-generation planst, etc. servicdes.
