Marshal International Resources Pte Ltd Trading Company based in Singapore with direct links with refinaries and mines.We are able to do any amount of D2,Mazut 100 and AGO/NGO direct from refinary, As you can see in the ICPO example letter we will want you to issue direct to the refinary president, As this being direct refinary deal the advantages are

1) You will have definate supply
2) Price do not have any mark-ups

The FCO will come from the refinary direct to you through me. We do not like messy mandate chains and we worked very hard to have allocation direct with refinary.

We are straight forward in our deals and WE ARE NOT RESELLERS.
