  Price: LBMA less 10% Nett and Gross 12% per kilogram of Au Dore Bar of which 5% and 1% respectively will be allocated as commission to Maximo Investments or its nominee. The balance to be allocated to the Buyer's agents.
Payment terms: Buyers's bank to issue an MT799 with an instruction that the blocked allocation of funds is exclusively and specifically for the gold transaction.
