MCA/InterGroup was formed in 1990 by associates experienced in international trade, investment banking, merchant banking, securities and accounting. The company was established to provide client consultation and arrangement services in project finance and foreign trade. Through MCA/InterGroup clients, we have been given the opportunity to facilitate various trade and commodity transaction, representing buyers and sellers, trade documentation, letters of credit, triangular trade/barter transactions, etc. Commodities include coal, crude oil, scrap steel, cotton, oils, foodstuffs, etc. As a principal, intermediary, consultant and negotiator, MCA/InterGroup projects include construction, infrastructure, mining, agriculture, municipal government, mergers and acquisition, R & D, downsizing, expansion, refinancing senior and subordinated debt, other general business use. Funding is arranged against accepted bank letters of guarantee or letters of credit or we may offer ways to fund the projects such as by mobilizing foreign investors to invest in said projects as joint ventures or Build Operate Transfer (BOT) company or we may arrange funds to support viable projects through a number of the world&＃039;s banks with which we have good business relationship. For trade transactions, MCA/InterGroupwe may assist in locating supply or finding buyers in almost any area.
