Company Description

MCL Apparels socks manufacturer located in the Adamjee Export Processing Zone in Narayangonj Bangladesh.
Our business is steered under the management of the owners, who have a combined 75 years experience and expertise in the textile manufacturing, sourcing, and marketing industry.
The mission of MAA Socks is to produce the highest quality socks in a clean environment and at the same time give the best value to our customers.
Our project was inspired by the turbulent state of the current global economy and environment. We manufacture our own Regenerated/Recycled yarn and implement a streamlined product development and manufacturing process that reduces the impact of our final product on the environment by greatly reducing water, chemical, and energy consumption. Moreover, the vertically integrated manufacturing process from raw materials to final product passes on economical benefits to our customers, while still producing the finest quality socks.
The factory is set up on 16,000 square meters of land, and is programmed to run over 250 knitting machines. Our infrastructure in its current state is set up to accommodate another 240 machines, which will push our total to over 500 knitting machines in operation by the end of 2013.
We make all styles and compositions in Real Heel and Toe, Pouch, and Tube in any size and length Crew, Quarter, Footie etc., in mens, ladies, and kids. Our capabilities include patterns, mesh, and arch support, technical socks being our passion. Aside from Regenerated yarn we can produce socks in any of the below fabrics and treatments: cotton, polyester, bamboo, elastane, modal, acrylic, cool max, wool, nylon, Lycra, Antimicrobial yarns & treatment, wicking fabrics, Ultra Fresh, and Hydrophilic formulas for diabetic socks.

Our Specialty

We specialize in sports socks. Different types of logos, mesh knitting in a variety of styles, arch support on the calf ankle and foot, are well within our range of capabilities. We have developed the expertise to manufacture true rib dress socks on our double cylinder machines.

Production Capacity

We have a current production capacity of 190,000 dozens/month under our current structure, and have plans to double our output in a few seasons.

Machinery, Staff & Infrastructure

We have installed renown European and American machines including the famous Lonati and ANGE socks knitting machines, Conti Complett linking, Intech boarding, Firsan steam boarding, Kaeser compressors, and ReB Ferrari suction system.
Our team of expatriate staff is highly skilled and experienced in their respective fields, giving us the competitive advantage over the local suppliers.
