Mediatech Store will shop around to secure the best prices and the best warranty, not only in new products but also in used, Factory Refurbished and De-branded products.  

Most Factory Refurbish products have the same one year warranty as new product, although they may cost less than  new, they will still perform the same service as the new one, Mediatech Store also carry used desktops and notebooks, these items are only warranty for a very short period.  

When asked for quotation on Desktops or Notebooks, we will quote on New, Refurbish, and De-branded if no specification was requested, but we will never substitute Factory Refurbish or De-branded for new, without first informing you, our client.
