  The Company is based in Newport Beach, CA. The Company?s product,
  Medical EquipNet(tm), utilizes its? proprietary database on the World
  Wide MEDICAL EQUIPNET(TM)b to facilitate the acquisition and sale of your used,
  refurbished, and excess inventory of medical equipment and related
  services for virtually any medical specialty.
  
  The founder, Cynthia Schuster, has worked in sales and marketing
  management for GE Medical Systems, BOC HealthCare, and Toshiba America
  Medical Systems before starting up this Company in 1994. Ms. Schuster
  is a graduate of  Notre Dame in Electrical Engineering and Harvard
  Business School in Masters of Business Administration. Ms. Schuster is
  also a Member of  the American Informatics Association and the
  Internet Working Group.
