PROCEDURE We invite Buyer or representative to come to Ghana and have face to face discussion with the directors. Buyer will be given chance to ascertain the goods to his satisfaction. Then sample will be taking to Ghana geological survey department for assay. If buyer is satisfy with the purity then buyer foots the cost of shipment. A representative of seller will accompany the goods to buyer’s destination to witness the refinery. I hope this procedure will allow room for our business transaction.
