metal craft introduce ourselves as one of the leading company in zinc die casting, sheet metal components and potentiometers.
Incepted in the year 1991 in the name of ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS MFG. CO. in manufacturing of electronic components (potentiometers, slide band switches, c. k. d for potentiometers & other electronic & electrical components) .
Due to backward integration we developed all the components used in manufacturing of potentiometers which includes in set up of the pressing unit for in house sheet metal components, bakelite components, carbon printing, cutting production & various other related components production.
IN 1997 we started a new unit in the name of METALCRAFT as a major manufacturing unit for zinc die casting components for our own consumption AS WELL AS MARKET REQUIRMENT of zinc die cast components used in potentiometers with imported machines & tools form Taiwan.
Again due to backward integration and the requirement of zinc die cast components was so good that lead us to start the in house production of zinc die casting tools, as we were having the experience of sheet metal & plastic tool making, it was not difficult for us to start the tooling for zinc die casting and we were also backed and helped by our vendor of tools in Taiwan to develop the precision tools.

Due to increase in raw material price of brass & , copper, We started converting multi turn components of brass, iron & aluminum into single shot zinc die cast components (like spindles, gears, toggle switch clamp) which are cost effective, accurate and meet the customer requirement in any quantity.
Our services include custom DIE CASTING and assembly, product design and development, in house tool making.
Metalcraft has wide range of zinc die casting machines from Taiwan from 7. 5 to 30TONN to satisfy all type of product and customer requirements. It has adequate assembly and post operation facility, Through the years METALCRAFT has on its own accord, developed several projects specifically for Telephone Industry, electrical control panel switches parts, electrical conduit pipe fitting, electronic components, lpg regulator parts, bicycle valve, furniture fittings, locks parts & different custom designs.

WE ARE PLANNING TO SHIFT OUR ZINC DIE CASTING UNIT TO IMT MANESAR AS WE HAVE BEEN ALLOTED A PLOT OF 1800 SQ. MTRS (PLOT NO. 255 SEC 7) FROM HSIDC AND WE HAVE STARTED CONSTRUCTION AND WILL COMPLETE IN JUNE 2006.
COUSTOM DESIGNS ARE WELCOMED AND ARE DELVELOPED WITH HIGH ACCURACY WITCH CAN CONSIST OF THREADING, THIN WALL THIKNESS AND COMPLEX RADIUS.
