• Ming Bai is born from a simple observation:
  
  The East and South East Asia Regions are becoming a magnet to a new kind of expatriates, career starters seeking a platform to learn and develop, and veterans chasing a new challenge; but also organizations aiming at discovering the untapped potential these regions yield, in terms of consumers and market opportunities.
  
  Yet, few arrive fully aware of, and prepared to tackle, their biggest challenge ahead: Managing others or themselves in a culturally challenging environment, where day to day problematics one might face back home, are accentuated by language barriers, cultural differences and distance.
  
  What can be experienced, at first, as an exciting honeymoon, can rapidly turn into a managerial or organizational hell, if an individual or an organization does not take the necessary steps to properly assess their own strengths and limitations as Ming Baill as attempt to understand some of the mechanics of the culture they are interacting with.
