Mioka Biosystems Corporation (MIOKA) is a manufacturer and supplier of world class food grade Carrageenan. Mioka Biosystems Corp. is the first to have ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System & ISO 22000 : 2005 Food Safety Management System certifications.

Our own farming site is located in Zamboanga, Philippines where there is an abundant supply of seaweed raw materials and the manufacturing plant located in Canlubang Laguna. Proximity to the supply of raw materials allows Mioka to ensure quality of its products from the farm to manufacturing site all the way to the customer.

Carrageenan products from Mioka can be customized based on each customers specific needs. We work with our customers to develop the best possible functional Carrageenan system for their products.

We manufacture semi refined food grade Carrageenan using the best technology platforms. Our company production and quality control personnel are committed to providing consistent quality products to the market.
