To be a qualified Buyer, the Applicants must:
1) Have a refinery or a CPA with a refinery
2) Have the financial capability to pay for the oil
3) Have a high level recommendation.
We provide the recommendation at the highest
Level that Applicants would need to get oil
Allocations and assist them in processing their applications for registration with Aramco.
Brokers rights will be protected but only Principals Can apply.
