There is a 0.1mm lateral clearance to ensure the precise operation of core (The clearance is 0.5mm for old model). If you want loose clearance, you should machine, please machine the knock pin hole pitch on  the mold body (W1 in catalog) with the tolerance +/-0.5(Separate the stopper during use).

The movement of the inclined pin holder within the angle "?" protects the guide and slide plate or keep material from adhering onto the mold through automatic centering operating.
