People come to fitness at all ages; in various states of health; with diverse backgrounds, interests and levels of ability—and with many different goals.My goal is to helping people improve their total well-being , challenge the body&mind in a whole new way. Wellness is whole. Fitness is part, Wellness is a process, not an end.
