Shandong Nanshan Industrial Co., Ltd. (also called Aluminum Alloy Extrusions General Plant) was established in 1992, an affiliated company with Nanshan Group and one important link of Nanshan Aluminum industrial chain, is one of the nominated aluminum alloy extrusions manufacturers for architecture by the Ministry of Construction of PR China, and the first enterprise in China aluminum industry listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange.Nanshan Group Shanghai Branch now possesses 42 extruding production lines. Conforming to the international standard (ASTM, QQA, EN, etc) our company can produce 100 series of 10,000 varieties with annual production capacity of 110,000 tons. The 6000 US Tons extruder, which was imported from SMS in Germany, has been put into production, which is the first one in China and enjoys the most advanced extruding technology at a constant speed to guarantee homogeneous density of extruded profiles.In 1997 our company passed ISO9002 international quality system certification in one shot. In 2003 the company was certified by British royal UKAS ISO9002 quality system. In the same year our company was rewarded CHINA TOP TEN ALUMINIUM ALLOY EXTRUSIONS ENTREPRISES by China No-ferrous Metal Processing Association. In December 2003 the State General Administration of the People's Republic of China of Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine has awarded "Nanshan" brand aluminum products with the Certificate for Product Exemption from Quality Surveillance Inspection.Our company possesses first class equipments, advanced and reliable techniques. The compound equipment imported from Muller in Switzerland can produce the world wide leading thermal barrier profiles and strip filling profiles. In addition one Yasong injection compound production line imported from USA is also in service.For powder coating we have imported the complete production line from USA, in the same time another full automatic vertical powder coating production line was imported from Davidson in Italy, with annual production capacity of 15,000 tons. The brands of coating powders we've chosen are Akzo Nobel from Holland and Bond from Beijing.For electrophoretic painting we have firstly in China imported the most advanced ACMEX vertical 2 beams conveyor aluminum surface treatment equipment from Japan using Japanese patent pending "UNICOL" homogenized coloring technology, capable to produce 15,000 tons annually.For PVDF coating we have chosen the most advanced complete full automatic PVDF coating production line from Japan, with annual production capacity of 5000 tons.First class equipments, first class technology and AA grade ingots made by our own Aluminum Electrolytic Facilities bring up first class quality. Our products have been marketed in North America, Australia, East and West Asia. Good credit has been won widely from our customers.
