HPF was founded in 1989 by two Partners. The company started itsoperations by supplying plastic related machinery (i.e. blown filmextruders, and sealing and cutting machines) in the Saudi marketbefore setting up a plastic bag making factory of their own. Overthe years, HPF has steadily grown to include a wider product rangein the plastic industry and also established several entities inother industries.
