The trading company was established in 1991.  Since 1991-1998 was exporting chemicals to NIS and importing consumer's goods during the period of economic crisis in Armenia. In 1998 "Neodim" closed joint stock company was founded.

"Neodim" is a competent trading organization that is exporting and importing chemicals and raw materials in the field of industry, medicine, according to the quality technical index, in conformity with the international requirements. There is a license for producing chemical products.

Keeping market relations with the partners during the years, "Neodim" is ready to cooperate, to negotiate, to enlarge market, to sign contracts, to ensure safety transportation, to keep the interests of consumers and enterprises, to adjust terms of payment.

"Neodim" hopes that trading relations will be of mutual benefit and will open new ways for the long-term cooperation.
