The large flat-lapping machine, water-cooled lap plate and self-correcting flatness device helps produce accurately finished flat surfaces, fast. Together with static / dynamic seal testing systems and vacuum test system.

PRECISION PARTS DIVISION
Our manufacturing ability in this division includes: Precision Machining, Stamping, Forging and Casting. We produce using materials ranging from Cast Irons to Stainless Steels to Aluminums, and to other forms of metal products.
Our secondary operations capabilities includes, but are not limited to: Cadmium Plating; Zinc Plating; Phosphate Plating; Nickel Plating; Black Oxide; Passivation; Chemical Film Finish; Oil Coating; Solid Film Lubricant; Heat Treat and Water Quench; Magnetic Inspection; Penetrant Inspection; Powder Coating; Custom Painting.
NEPL Manufactures and Exports Precision Turned parts on CNC Turning Centers, Precision Machined parts on CNC vertical Machining centers, Machining on Bars & Forgings of Ferrous & Non Ferrous Metals.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS DIVISON
The Custom Products Division of NEPL developed as a natural expansion of our rubber / metal bonding capability. The same manufacturing techniques and equipment used to produce seals are utilized in this third division of the company.
Our manufacturing ability in this division includes processes such as: molded parts; extruded parts and stamped parts in a variety of Elastomers including: Silicone, EPDM, Viton, Nitrile, HNBR, Neoprene, and other custom rubber compounds.
We manufacture such products as: Gaskets; washers; dust covers; custom O rings; Wiper blades, Connectors, Diaphragms, etc.
