All protocols must be observed and buyers are advice to present LOI first to enable us proceed with SCO for with this, it make the deal move faster and easy between both parties. Our procedure or our end seller / refinery procedure is of international standard and we ensure that each party get protected by making sure that no form of upfront fess or whatsoever will be born by the buyer, rather the seller / refinery handles that. However, there must be guaranteed on the buyer side to ensure that sellers fund will retrieved after necessary expenses inline with the deal.
