The project of 1st unit has been set up at Sharulia Sukursi, Damra, Dhaka, Bangladesh and The project of 2nd unit has been set up at Near Andha Koloni, NEW BROTHERS KNITWEAR LIMITEDst Norshinghapur, Ashulia, Dhaka, Bangladesh. On an 1st unit each floor space of 4000 Sft. Totally 4 floor and 2nd unit each floor 9, 000 Sft totally 2 floor. The infrastructure facilities are easily available here, because the site is adjacent to savar Export Processing Zone, Tongi BSIC & Uttara town have many knit industries near of this project, there are so many garments manufacturing project.
MARKET:
The international trade of knit market is now upward. The buyer of European community and USA are placing the order to Bangladesh manufacturers, because the work force of Bangladesh is skilled and expert in manufacturing quality and designable knit. Moreover, the rate of knit garments manufacturing is cheaper in comparison with other knit items manufacturing countries. The Directors of this Project are experienced and expert in knit items manufacturing and export business.
DEMAND:
The demand of knit items in international market is growing continuously. The name of Bangladesh in knit items manufacturing and export is in serial number one i. E. Top of the list of exporting countries. Every year so many orders are lapsing for want of spacious and good manufacturing unit. Therefore, the demand of knit items manufacturing unit is positive here.
COMPLIANCE ISSUE:
Two Stairways, Daycare Room, Dining Room, Fire safety equipment, First Aid facilities, Sufficient Toilets and Pure Drinking water facilities have to our factory. With installing ceiling fans, provide sufficient ventilation exhaust fans & large windows. Factory premises are always kept neat & clean. Have no child labor in our factory. Moreover, we are always trying to flows rules of Compliance and buyer code of conduct.
ECONOMIC JUSTIFICATION:
The project of 1st unit has created employment opportunities of 280 persons and 2nd unit has created employment opportunities of 345 persons. The project will add a GDP by earning foreign exchange.
