New Zealand Offals Ltd. supply internal organs, glands and tissues of animals (specially butchered animals). Animals include Beef, Sheep and Chicken. We source the products from selected Abattoirs who are registered with the New Zealand Food & Safety Authority and have a Risk Management Program (RMP). We provide documents for traceability including Health certificate. Our company is registered with NZFSA as an exporter of animal and diary products and therefore we are a part of the risk management system established by the Act. As such the products exported by NZ Offals meet the appropriate New Zealand standards and overseas market access requirements. The livestock in New Zealand are recognized as being the "safest" in the world since New Zealand is classified as being one of the safest, disease-free countries. due to its stringent regulations surrounding protection of livestock. The livestock in New Zealand are declared free from all diseases by the New Zealand Food & Safety Authority. Diseases include BSE, Foot & Mouth, Mad Cow and list A diseases.
