Company Description

NewCo LLAMKOS Steel Xxxxx producer of galvanized coils/sheets. The company as an entity was formed in the year 1976 when development started. The first test of the product took place in May 1980, while the regular producing began in the year 1981. In the beginning all the activity of the company concentrated in a narrow nomenclature producing and selling only galvanized metal sheets. In the year 1987 the company widened its own capacity by appending the line of processing and galvanized metal sheets processing in final product. The sheet metal of is produced by galvanization of cold rolled steel band by continuous plunging into the bath melted zinc. The sheet metal is previously heat treated in a furnace with controlled atmosphere and the surface is cleaned. The factory has the most modern technology, which permits the controlled galvanization process of 100 - 500 gr/xxxxx on both sides with the same or different layer thickness. The installation for the production is composed of a production line for galvanization with the capacity of 120.000 tones of sheet metal/year. We produce a wide variety of products covering various segments and customer needs: Galvanized metal sheet with thickness of 0.25 - 2.50 mm with Zn coating of 100-700 gr/sqm in both sides Shaping of galvanized metal sheet from 0.25 - 2.50/mm with the length of max 12 m ( same for plasticized metal sheets) Cross section of metal sheet and the cutting into strips in width from 0.20 - 1500 mm The program of spiro pipes with and without isolation from Ø80 - Ø2000 ( with regional priority) Production of containers for garbage and for the need of constructing with the volum of 1.1 m3 then 7.0m3 and also Swiss containers, and containers for storing cast-off of paper Air conditioning system PRODUCTS Hot Dipped Galvanized HDG as per DX 51 D / DX 52 D + Z (mention zinc coating), N-A-C acc to EN 10142 Coil id : 508/610mm +/- 20mm Coil wt. : 4 - 12mt Size: 0.40 - 2.00mm (up to 0.55 only 1050mm width and 0.60mm and above in 1250mm)
