The wiring harness is the most critical part in an automobile as electric field is the essential point to make a decision for its quality by the customers.

It is a labor-intensive industry as thousands of parts are assembled by hundreds of workers to produce it and thus leads to more poor quality characteristics compared to other products. Therefore, our Company manages the quintuple checking system to maintain its special quality under 25ppm because the current maintaining system can not be virtually controlled. Therefore, we settled the standardization of environment based on the organization and arrangement and standardized the training program to standardize accordingly to the work standard and operate personal training management system to minimize the effect of personnel changes and personal responsibilities of poor quality control.
