Founder and President
Mr. R. James Rathinamani is the Founder and the President of Nikhil Exports. He is an Engineering Graduate and a Retired Flight Mechanic Engine Trades Man in Indian Air force. He has vast experience as Designer of V Belts machineries in a leading Company of manufacturing V Belt and Conveyer belt in India.

During his service, he created the Profile Department for Mass Production, and formed Cogged Belt Department which is a high flexible Belt. He has also formed a Department called Rotocure to reduce the manpower in the ratio 10:1 without affecting the production.

Vice-President
Mr. S. Eby Stanley is the Vice-President of Nikhil Exports. He is one of the pillar of the company. He is experienced in a Middle Management level in a Multi-National Company in financial sector. Basically, he is a marketing- oriented and quality conscious Administrator.

His vision is to provide good service in supplying products with best quality and suitable price.
