It is specialized in design, development and manufacture of large and medium-size aluminum、magnesium alloy and vacuum die casting mould company. Ningbo SCIVEDA Machinery Co., Ltd. passed ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification and was selected as one of the 230 major enterprises mould by China supporting with Ministry of Finance People&＃039;s Republic of China and China Association for Mould. Sciveda has the world-class die-casting mould plant which occupy the area is 13, 600㎡ and equipped with 50T’s heavy crane、4m * 2.8m Gantry machining centre、 DMG precision high-speed machining centre、high-performance CNC EDM machines、Sweden system 3R、400T high-precision mating mould machine、Edward three-coordinate measure instrument and other various types of precision CNC machining and test equipments. The annual capacity can reach to 500 sets of large and medium die-casting mould and can produce mould which suitable for using 4, 500 tons of die-casting machine. Sciveda apply computer-aided design and manufacturing software (CAD / CAE / CAM) to develop、design and manufacture，using mould flow analysis software (JS-CAST) to simulate casting model.
