Company Description

This block magnet is custom made for one of Ningbo Yinzhou Anfeng Magnets Co., Ltd customers for use on security products. As you noticed, they are of N52 grade, which means they are very powerful in pull force.
They can also be made as magnetic hanging system and some are mounted on special equipments and devices. Two magnets at such dimension can snap each other tightly through a 15mm thick glass or plate.
Beside the above applications, this magnetic block can also be applied for magnetic gear, which uses permanent magnets to transmit torque between an input and output shaft without mechanical contact. Magnetic gears have a lot advantages over mechanical gears, like higher efficiency, lubrication free, physical isolation between input and output shafts, precise peak torque transmission and inherent overload protection as well as very low acoustic noise and vibration and so on.
