Nishtha Exports was primarily set up to supply Indian wooden furniture and furniture related accessories to the United Kingdom.Nishtha Exports has experienced a tremendous learning curve, thoroughly understanding the use of solid wood, production nuances, packaging, storage, shipping and distribution systems. From the beginnings of a trading company it was decided that for effective profitability, quality control systems and delivery scheduling a vigorous process of backward integration was needed to be undertaken. Today Nishtha Export have specialised departments that excel in each to supply anywhere in the world. Nishtha Exports, we believe, has earned its reputation as being a quality producer from Asia achieving world class production capability and delivery time schedules in the industry. Production:Our facility boasts an extensive 'State of The Art' manufacturing unit and with its own treatment and seasoning plants. We have the very latest in the machinery for plank cutting, four side planning, tenoning and mortising, panel sawing and wide belt sanding. Nishtha Exports currently manufactures a large range of wooden furniture by Indian hard wood known as Sheesham, Maple, Oak, Teak and Mango.Packaging:We take extreme care in the way we package our wood furniture. Before we decide what material to use, for each production item we consult our technical advisors on how best to protect a piece taking into consideration its architecture and its relative weight.Most pieces are carefully wrapped in foam, plastic, given corner protection and carefully placed in corrugated boxes. Shipping :All our containers are fumigated and carefully loaded by our own staff that ensures proper handling of cargo.
