Having been in the business for more than 20 years, Norr Systems Pte Ltd well known name in the industry and have gained trust and confidence from many global customers like Shell, Chevron, BP, MODEC, Petrofac, Talisman and many others.
Established in 1989, it was formerly named Valmet Instrumentation. After a regroup with Technics Oil and Gas Limited, the name NORR SYSTEMS is adopted.
Headquartered in Singapore, we have established global presence in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Pakistan, Norway, USA, Finland, Germany and Greece.
NORR Systems offers solutions & services that include design, manufacturing, factory test to commissioning & proper handling over to client. NORR SYSTEMS owns her own manufacturing facilities in Singapore to manufacture her own line of products. This in-house arrangement is to ensure full control on quality. NORR SYSTEMS markets its manufactured products under BloomFoss brand.

NORR SYSTEMS is also one of the approved / endorsed DP Training facility accredited by The Nautical Institute of UK. With the training facility in place, NORR SYSTEMS is able to deliver the Dynamic Positioning training to offshore vessels and their teams of operators under the Nautical Institute Scheme on Dynamic Positioning Vessel Control.
