North Sea Winches Ltd., manufacturer winches, windlasses, capstans etc, traditionally for the UK marine and fishing industries. More recently North Sea Winches have also been attracting more overseas customers as our product range expands and develops. Our anchor handling and towing winches, mooring winches and slipway winches are operating all over the world. We design and build in-house so can build to exact customer requirements, and our machines have been proven over decades of use and development in the harshest of marine environments. Our largest winches to date, a pair of 185 tonne hydraulic winches for offshore operations in the Gulf of Mexico, have recently been completed. These winches are to be DNV certified, and we also offer LRS, GL, ABS etc as required.
