S: 0. 04% max; P: 0. 035% max; AS: 0. 01% max of Mass share Material should be free of any Explosives, Shells, or Ammunition-Used or otherwise, Closed Containers, Substances and Coatings, any Organic Waste and any Harmful Substances
Non Metal Impurities total 1%  (One Percent) or less; No radiation and Dust Free
Origin: Sellers Option.
Inspection: Quality, Quantity, Weight and Photo by SGS or similar at port of discharge at Seller's expense
Performance Bond: 2%  (Two Percent) for One Month Value on Seller's Account
Discharge Port: Any Safe Worldwide Sea Port at request of Buyer
Shipment: At Buyer's Option
Payment: By Irrevocable, Transferable, Revolving for the duration of the Contract, 100% Payable at Sight
Documentary Letter of Credit from the (Top 25) Worlds Banks in Favor of the Seller
Delivery: Within 30 to 45 days after receiving and activation of Letter of Credit
Quantity:
400, 000 (Four Hundred Thousand) Metric Tones per Month ( +  / -5% for Shipping Tolerance)
Duration: 1-5 years Contract.
