The company was founded 01.10.1986,01.10.1992 was reorganized in Rental Company "Novovolynsk Foundry"and 29.12.1995 was reorganized into an open joint-stock company"Novovolynsk Foundry." On 18.05.2010, in accordance with the Law ofUkraine "On Joint Stock Companies" 514 dated 17.09.2008, OAO"Novovolynsk Foundry" renamed the bank "Novovolynsk Foundry."
