NPK BAZALT LTD was found at 1991. The company profile that time was development and manufacture of automobile parts and appliances such as:

- wind washer pump;
- gravity valve;
- the series of 48 dimension types of multistage small reduction gears;

From 1994 NPK BAZALT LTD BAZALT arranged manufacture of gravity-type valve, exe of front clamp brake, fuel tank stopper for many of Russian vehicles plants.
From 2001 the main stream moved to develop and manufacture valves for fire extinguishers powder type with original patented technology.
At present time BAZALT gained the big amount of Russian market and start international business.
