Company Description

Ore Indonesia in colaboration with various mine owner/end seller for Steam Coal from Indonesia confirmed with full corporate responsibility, that we are ready, and capable to enter into a contract to sell the commodity, with the following terms, conditions and specifications as stated below.

The sales and purchase contract would be in accordance with international standards and procedures. Please also refer to the attached lab report and past B/L as prove of our capability to supply as per contract and L/C terms.

Minimum Order Per Shipment :
8,000 MT for Barge
25,000 MT for Mother Vessel

GCV 5300 Up to 100,000 MT/month
GCV 5500 Up to 100,000 MT/month
GCV 5800 Up to 40,000 MT/month
GCV 6300 Up to 60,000 MT/Month
GCV 6500 Up to 10,000 MT/month

Incoterms Term : F.O.B-Mother Vessel or Barge
(No one is able to supply on CIF or C&F)
Port of Departure / Loading : Indonesia - South Kalimantan / East Kalimantan
(Actual Port Name would be indicated in the contract)
Loading rate : 5,500-7,000 MT per day depending on Port or Open Sea Loading
Delivery Lead Time : 30-45 days after operative L/C
Site Visit : Can be arranged at buyer cost after contract signing in Jakarta
at buyer cost.
Inspection : Sucofindo or equivalent at Seller's cost during loading port
Origin : Indonesia
Performance Bond : 2% provided after sellers open a Non-operative L/C
( No Performance Bond for cash payment term)
Validity of offer : Subject to change without prior notice.
