Oromia Kaffa focus is global export of 20 ft. container shipments of 300 each (60 kilogram or 5 pound) jute burlap bags or 18,000 lbs. (9 tons) of bulk transport full container load (FCL) coffee beans to organic specialty coffee bean importers.

We only prepare and sell the highest quality organic 100% Arabica Grade 1 beans (Specialty Grade Coffee), prized as the best in terms of quality standards; of all Arabica beans on the international market. Our customers seek this product at a premium price for distribution to specialty roasters and coffee shops.

Oromia Kaffa headquartered in Los Angeles; with its off-shore manufacturing operations, prepares green Arabica coffee beans grown in Ethiopia for exportation to international specialty roasters and sells to wholesalers on the market.

The Oromia Kaffa Brand includes three flagship original Ethiopian Trademark specialty grade coffee bean products dry-processed or washed, packaged and labeled as Longberry (large), Shortberry (smaller), or Mocha (Peaberry):
Sidamo - beans from Sidamo Region are highly prized by coffee buyers all over the world; which produces a cup of distinctive floral aroma and a hint of lemon in taste
Harar - bean of the species arabica that produces a cup of coffee with medium fruit-like acidity, an intense rich aroma of blueberries or blackberries, full body and distinctive deep mocca flavor
Yirgacheffe - species derived from the mountains of Ethiopia, and produces a mellow-bodied cup of coffee that is prized by coffee connoisseurs for its delicate fragrance of orange blossoms and elegantly sweet taste.

Each bean represents a region in Oromia which produces a unique and fascinating particular coffee with a distinct flavor, aroma and taste. All three brands are specialty coffee beans which are graded above premium coffee beans. Coffee beans are graded in Grades 1 through 5. The highest quality coffee beans are Grade 1 beans (0-5 defects) known as "Specialty Grade Gourmet Coffee".

Limu - Limu coffee (washed) grows to the South-West of Ethiopia between 3600-6200 ft. Limu coffee is renowned for its good cup, sweet, spicy/winey flavor and balanced body and is therefore sought after by many roasters, especially in Europe and the USA. Washed Limu coffee is one of the premium gourmet coffees in the world. The bean is medium size, has a distinctive rounded shape and green color.
Ghimbi - Ghimbi coffee beans are grown in the western parts of Ethiopia and are more balanced, heavier, and has a longer lasting body than the Harars. Ghimbi coffee is said to have a big chocolate body with a really long aftertaste. It is mild and aromatic.
Oromia Kaffa plans to join in the on-going research and development to grow and to export the newly organically-grown natural decaffeinated green coffee bean. This is coffee derived from Arabica plant.
