Dear Members I would like to introduce you a Polish Foundry which has a 50 years experience in trade. The company was privatised in 2002 and became private the quickest growing company in region. Company ORWO s. c. was established in 2002 year by renting bankruptcy limited company Warynski Paslek Sp. Z o. o. Company employs highly qualified staff 38 people. The production is directed in 70% for export to: France, Holland, Germany, Belgium and SORWO Foundryden, Norway. ORWO is a foundry specialized in production of castings made from grey cast iron and non-ferrous metals for: pumps, valves and industrial armature, machines construction, crane equipment, power industry, metallurgy, as well as for automotive and shipbuilding industry. Our castings go with PN, DIN and EN norms. ORWO s. c. produces in the following brands: 1. Grey cast iron (GG20, GG25 and GG30). We use mechanical and hand operated moulding (piece production). 2. Casting from non-ferrous metals (according to PN norms): -Brass -Bronze -Aluminium We are experienced in production of pump&＃039;s elements (especially in aluminium). Besides that we make: -GRAY CAST IRON: - Pump castings/wheels and other parts - Bearing housing - Hydrants - Covers for the sewage systems - Weights/ loads for the agriculture machines and equipment -Car parts -Decorating casting for example: furniture (beds, chairs, etc) -and others - ALUMINUM: - Rotors / impellers, hubs/bosses - Pumps castings and pumps elements - Heat exchanger - Closers for the petrol tanks cars - and many others - BRONZE AND BRASS - we are specialized in centrifugal casting - Shafts - Bearing seals and bushing - Nuts We are able to offer the following operations: -Heat treatment of casting -Mechanical processing (rough and ready-to-use)
