The company was founded by the President of the company Dr. Oscar Valencia at the dawn of the millennium, in the year 2000. Dr. Valencia overseas the Colombian as well as the U.S. operations. The Corporate Office is based in Bogota., Colombia, efficiently equipped with an excellent team of professionals, under the directive of Dr. Otoniel Gonzalez. Under his command there are two Counselors at Law and four other executives.
