1. Buyer issues LOI and BCL
2. Seller verifies buyer Bank account
3. Seller issues Draft contract
4. Seller and Buyer signs the draft contract
6. After signup Buyer has to open Non-Operative Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, FullyFunded, Confirmed 100% at sight LC from Top Bank.
7. Seller issues 2% pbg Non-Operative.
8. Seller invites Buyer to inspect the material.
9. Loading starts after receiving the Opearative full LC.
