Padisah Golf Resorts Ltd. is a 100% German oPadisah Golf Resorts Ltd.d company with the main aim to construct, manage and distribute our own high class Golf Resorts in the Turkish Market. Therefore we are urgently at the lookout for Investors and Lenders that are interested in Joined Venture Investments and/or full Investments. Each project includes: 5* Hotel/s, min. 45 hole Golf Courses plus several Driving Ranches, 6 or 9 hole Short Courses, Beach Club, Spa and Wellness Complexes, but mainly of interest large amounts of Properties for the International Real Estate Market. The volume to finance each one of this projects lies by min. 120 Million Euro and up. Furthermore we have established a large network of customers that seek Project Funding.
