"PRANAMI" was established in 1969 as a precision machined component manufacturer in a small 1200 ***** workshop with an employee strength of 10 workmen. Over a period of time the company acquired a 6000 ***** premises and developed precision components mainly in Brass for various OEM’s & International buyers encompassing the Electrical Components, Hardware, Gas Fittings, Plumbing & Sanitary Fittings, Auto Parts, Turned Components & PPR / CPVC Inserts Industries. Procuring the right composition of various grades of Brass Raw Material was a problem and believing in the adage of “Total Quality” to its customers it ventured into a fully integrated “Brass Extrusion” plant spread over 50000 ***** and having a capacity to produce 150000 kgs/month. Today PRANAMI GROUP is a Leader in its field and has an employee strength of 150+ dedicated personnel comprising of highly qualified engineers and research and technical staff which can develop and produce components as per customer specifications. QUALITY CONTROL INFRASTRUCTURE: Extrusion Plants : Pranami has own Extrusion Plant capacity of 150000 kgs/month Foundry / Furnace : Pranami has own Foundry capacity of 100000 kgs/month Machine Shop :Automatic, Semi Automatic, Second Operations, cross holes, slotting, milling, drilling & Threading Machines CAPABILITIES: In house facility of secondary operations including cross holes, slotting, milling, drilling & threading. Machining capacity from 3 mm to 100 mm in diameter. We provide our customers with a wide range of surface finishing, heat treating, coating and plating through our network of highly qualified vendors.
