PEREGRINE CLOTHING PVT LTD introduce ourselves as India’s leading manufacturers of various woven Men’s/Women’s and Children garments since 1985. Our range of woven garments comprise of: 1) Men’s wear : Shirts, Bermudas, Jacket, Boxer-Short , Casualwear and Hawain Shirts, T-Shirt Round Neck/ Polo. 2) Women’s wear : Blouse, Skirt, Dress, Top, Nightwear, Payjama Sets, Capri Pant etc. “Peregrine Clothing Pvt. Ltd.” is equipped with the latest technology in the field of garment designing and manufacturing .We have over 300 heavy and light driven machines mostly Juki and Brother Make. These Machines are operated by highly skilled, motivated and dedicated force of workers, supervisors and production managers. Our in house quality control process includes: • Fabric testing for color Fastness, Shrinkage and other important specifications • All accessories are checked prior to and after attachment. • Fabric is checked at the supplier warehouse and pre-checked prior to cutting at our place • Garments are checked during production and rechecked before final packing • Random samples are drawn from cutting to final pack to check for qlty .levels. • All the Lab Testing is done by independent certified professional Final quality checks are carried out before attaching the customer’s labels on the garment. At the Smiling Guru quality is a way of life and an integral part of our manufacturing process. Quality Control in the unit starts with the quantitative and qualitative analysis of fabric and accessories. Regular checks and monitoring is carried on during the complete manufacturing process and the finish products also undergo a proper quality inspection and checking by their quality approval team. Many of our customers develop a “Pivate Label” line and our task is to make it happen. The fabric is professionally controlled and the production is constantly monitored by our QC department.
