ABOUT USPERFECT POLYMERS FZ (L.L.C) is situated in a prime location of Al Jazeera Al Hamra Free Zone; one of the fastest developing states of Ras Al Khaimah, U.A.E. The Factory has the most advance auto-controlled Polyester Resin production line in the Gulf region with a complete set of testing and application instruments. The plant has been designed as per Europeans standards.The integrated complex of PERFECT POLYMERS FZ (L.L.C) is covered with a total area around 20, 000 sq/m., is one of the largest manufacturers of Saturated and Unsaturated Polyester Resins for composite industries with a total production capacity over 40, 000 TPA, The Storage capacity for the solid raw material is 20, 000 MTs and liquid raw material storage capacity is 2, 000 MTs in the beginning.HoPerfect Polymers FZ-LLCver provision is always there in our expansion plan. We have kept provision for future expansion of total 4000 MTs for liquid raw material while we have designed our plant to produce 140, 000 TPA mixed products in future.The factory is fully protected with an automatic fire fighting foam sprinkler system. That is under the international fire fighting design standard NFPA-15 / IP Code, which has been approved by the Local civil defense authority. PERFECT POLYMERS FZ (L.L.C) is also a member of EPDA (Environment Protection Department Authority, U.A.E.) where all the processing activity runs with in the appropriate local and international environmental standards.
