Phino Electric Co., Ltd. specializing in manufacturing various countries&＃039; approved flexible cords, main plugs, sockets, trailing sockets and main plug converters. Phino Electrical Wire & Cable (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (Factory 1) Phino Electrical Wire & Cable (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (Factory 1) was established in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, China in October 1989 with an investment of USD10 million. Phino Shenzhen Factory 1 is Taiwan sole proprietor company with the same line of products as Taiwan Head-Office. The factory has been shifted to Furong Industrial, Haosi, Xinqiao, Shajing, Baoan, Shenzhen, China in October 1996. The new factory total build-up area is approximately 30, 000m² with 1100 employees. The annual production capacity for power cord is 40~50 million pieces. We have a comprehensive organization with fully computer application in management operation. We have diversified our products by setting up Wire Harness Assembly Plant in July 1999, the Cable Extruding Plant and Plastic & Tooling Plant in January and September 2001 accordingly. In December 2002, Plastic Compounding Plant started production. 3. Phino Electrical Wire & Cable (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (Factory 2) Phino Electrical Wire & Cable (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (Factory 2) was established in Furong Industrial, Xinqiao, Shajing, Baoan, Shenzhen, China (located opposite to the Factory 1) in December 2001. The lines of products are various countries’ approved flexible cords, main plugs, sockets, trailing sockets and main plug converters. All the products are only for China domestic market. 4. Phino Electrical Wire & Cable (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Phino Electrical Wire & Cable (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in No. 2810, Huyi Road, Jiading, Shanghai, China in July 2000. The main line of products covered various countries’ approved flexible cords, main plugs, sockets, trailing sockets and mail plug converters. The products are for exporting and China domestic market. 6. Prospect. Base on the excellent quality commitment, Phino Groups have been supplying its products to the multinational companies located in Japan, Korea, Europe, United State, South Africa and South-east Asia. With the ability to develop and design, the products have been obtaining 26 countries’ safety approvals. In 1998, Phino has been granted ISO-9002 authentication and has been upgrading to ISO-9001: 2000 in June 2003. In December 2003, Phino was awarded ISO-14001 authentication. The company is under 20% growth annually. By the end of the year 2004, our products are totally complying with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive.
