PHYCHIPS is a CMOS RF design specialized company that has developed RF/analog, mixed signal IC and IP(Intellectual Property) and provides related services.
Since established in September 2002, PHYCHIPS Inc. have successfully carried out projects for many domestic major companies and research institutes. We will also expand our SOC business and maintain leadership in RFID reader Market.

We will launch our first mass produced UHF RFID reader SoC which integrates a 900MHz radio, Baseband processor, MCU, Flash memory and many other powerful features on a single die. We also provide CMOS RF/Analog ICs & IPs(Intellectual Property) such as RFID, ZigBeeTM GPS/Galileo, and DSRC to mobile device developers.
