PolarPartner OY construct prefabricated modular buildings. Prefabricated modular buildings are constructed from modular room elements. One modular room element may be divided into several sub-portions. Prefabricated elements are delivered to the construction site and mounted on a ready made foundation. Since a modular room element is closed, doors and windows are installed inside the factory. Most of the interior finishing (including flooring, ceramic tiles and even furniture) and exterior finishing is also done before elements leave the factory. The result is a better quality and a shorter construction time at lower cost.
For you the product is only delivered. For us it all begins from the drawing of product for the specific project:

1) Sizing the material and shields preparation on the panel desk for the production.
2) The next step in completion of the shields is the montage, which result is the room element (module).
3) The inner decoration is our most intensive trump, where according to the client? wish and connecting the standards is obtained the ready-made product (the full elaboration), if wished ?also the furniture and where the moisture resistant rooms are taken to the full readiness.

In our production we use only the materials from the well-known and top-quality sellers, like Isover, Gyproc etc. Our business is subject to the severe quality control system, which assurances the maximum quality of the final product and comprehensive satisfaction of the client.
