JSC Polerta has installed the new production line - extruder for (PP) polypropylene and (PET) polyetylenetereftalat strapping tapes to make. This is a new product, the worldwide production of it started five years ago, the product, which has successfully substituted a metal strapping tape. Polypropylene ( PP) strapping tape is used in a lot of economy sectors, like: furniture, timber, wood, building site materials, food industry , etc., mostly for strapping lighter packages or any other loads. The tapes are of different colors. Polyester ( PET) strapping tape is distinquished by such qualities, as high breaking poPolertar and convenient usage. This kind of strapping tape is twice as strong as the polypropylene strapping tape.
