PRIVIPHARMA PVT LTD Pharmaceutical company and we are developing a product which is used for arresting the bleeding and is used on open cuts, bruises and wounds. We are developing a flat pad  ( pouch like )of non woven material for the purpose of dressing .This is a Global Patent protected product. We are on a look out for a material which can.1. Cover this product which is like cotton. 2. Form a pouch3. Arresting the bleeding is done by the product in the pouch, so allow the product to come in contact with the blood oozing out from the open cut, bruise or wound
4. Not allow the cotton like product to come out of the pouch like done in  Diapers and Sanitary Napkins. 5. Material should be soft and presentable, preferably snow white.
6. Be hygienically and Medically accepted
7. Be stitched or can be bonded to form a pouch with an Adhesive.8. Should not stick to the wound when blood dries and should leave the wound when removed.This is a fibrous material, it is short fiber we would like to have pads in different sizes as this will be used as a first aid for dressings of bleeding bruises, cuts and wounds the sizes are1. -- (1)1''X 1''(2.) -- 2''X 2''
(3.) -- 3''X 3''The quantities are huge.
As these are used for medical applications the material used should be in confirmation with the international accepted standards.
For the purpose of making samples you can use cotton inside the pads .As your company is in to making of Sanitary Napkins we feel you will be able to provide us the solution we are looking out for .
