PRO.MX looking for refineries interested by the purchase of oil from Lybia.  
We are a cabinet of prospecting and not intermediates or brokers, our mission is to identify
refineries instead of NOC to avoid them waste of time, your answers will be transmitted directly
to producer in Lybia  with whom you will deal directly.
No long chain of brokers will be entertained or tolerated, only serious buyers (refineries) need inquire.
Only the refineries will be kept and the complete coordinates should be controllable before any other step.
After verification and investigation (5 banking days) your coordinates will be transmitted for treatment.  

We insist: no intermediate, only the interested refineries and their recognized and authorized
agents (proof must be given) will receive an answer.
